To continue with one of our favorite trends that WE just can’t get enough of – your weekend look is all about PRINTS!
Some of you may feel you may only get a few wears from an outfit with a bright bold print such as this gorgeous Milly tunic pictured above – but contrary to what you may think it’s quite the opposite! A printed tunic is the perfect way to transition your outfit from season to season because of a tunics versatility.
Ways to wear it:
- With peep-toe pumps and a clutch for a night out (pictured above).
- With ankle booties and a leather bomber for a cool spring evening.
- Over tights and boots in the fall with a boyfriend blazer over-top.
The options are really endless – it’s all about the pairings. There is one rule you must follow when it comes to prints however… Go bold or go home!

WE are LOVING this sun!!! Hopefully this gorgeous weather stays for the weekend and you can wear this look and hit the streets. The cotton Theory button down, distressed Paige denim and canvas Longchamp give this look a cool casual feel but the shoes make it dressy enough to go into the evening. And don’t be fooled by these strappy little bad boys – you can go all day in them because Cole Haan uses Nike Air technology that will have you forgetting you’re even wearing them.

It’s ok to go short when it’s loose and flirty like this adorable yet sexy dress from Theory. This ruffled silk sheath is the perfect shade of charcoal grey so you could really pair it with any color accessories you want. WE piled on multi-tone chains and beads from Zuka but you could go with gold, red, teal you name it! This shoe has been a hit in past seasons when we brought it in suede and you have asked us to bring it back again so we went with patent leather. The Nike Air in it makes you feel like you aren’t even wearing a high-heel… everyone who has tried on a pair has left with it and they’ve only been in for a week!

Looks like everyone is starting to gear up for their holiday parties! Our cocktail dresses are in super-high demand and none more than this sexy little number by Nanette Lepore.
There’s not a lot to say about this dress as it pretty much speaks for itself. What WE will say however is that it is even more stunning in person. This silk shift features gorgeous parachute sleeves with peek-a-boo beaded detailing and is completely hand stitched with gorgeous ornate and crystal beading.
For those who don’t dare to go too short to that office party this can also double as a tunic and looks stunning over fitted dress pants. There are many colors in the beading that you could choose to pull from when accessorizing, WE choose to go with pewter and paired this outfit with t-strap Kenneth Cole Reaction shoes and a matching colored clutch from our ’so LA’ line.

What was with the non-stop rain this week??? Our private label down coats were flying out of the stores along with the La Canadienne waterproof boots – just because the rain won’t go away doesn’t mean your style has too!
To create this look that is sure to keep you warm and dry WE used:
- A skinny Cambio chocolate brown jean
- This gorgeous orange cowl neck Maj top which actually has amazing bat-wing sleeves
- Celeb favorite – Tolani scarf
- A Longchamp messenger bag which is perfect for these rainy days on the go!
- Our private label down coat which comes in black and chocolate brown – it is impossible to be cold in one of these, but fully possible to be stylish!
- Suede La Canadienne boots which are fully waterproof – every Vancouver woman needs a pair!

Happy Friday!
Here is the look that WE created with some of this weeks top-sellers…
Our new Badgley Mischka handbags are causing quite the stir! Shown is the ‘Micol Croco’ which is a lux cream leather (which also comes in black!) with a sexy feather detail and gold chain hardware.
Joie tops are always sexy and how can they not be using the smooth silk that they are known for. This is the ‘Bora’ which captures 3 trends in one (ruffles, boyfriend and bondage with the cinched wrap-around waist).
The pant is a new skinny legging which just arrived from Juicy Couture which features the zipper detail around the ankle similar to the Joe’s jean one we featured last week.
And finally how can you not adore these amazing ‘Matilda Button‘ boots from Frye! Frye is known for their supple leather boots which hold up forever! The ‘Matilda’ has the military inspired theme which has taken the industry by storm over the past couple seasons but is done in a way that is will transition beautifully with all your other pieces.
WE pulled this look together with the amazing Harriet Grey ‘Grey Bibbed Stones Necklace’. Harriet Grey is a fabulous local jewelery collection that has really taken off and been showcased in some of the top fashion magazines out there! (Another feather in our cap Vancity!!!) This is part of the LBD collection which is supposed to compliment a little black dress perfectly but WE think this piece would look great with anything – jeans and a tee, a suit and this outfit!
