Olympic fever is officially in full effect! With the first weekend of the Olympics past us there is an undeniable buzz in the city especially with Alex Bilodeau winning gold in the men’s moguls freestyle skiing event on Sunday. Alex took the first Olympic gold medal to be won on home turf by a Canadian in the 2010 games! You can barely walk downtown amongst the sea of red Canada hoodies and Olympic mittens – as masses of people are out to show their support for Canada.
Check out pictures of the Olympic torch going by our Kitsilano store where hundreds of local residents showed up to cheer on passing of the flame! Go Canada Go!

WE just had the pleasure of having the gorgeous and totally down to earth Amanda Crew stop by our West 4th location! Amanda, having just wrapped filming “The Death and Life of Charlie St. Cloud” with Zac Effron and Kim Bassinger, popped into Wear Else on to pick up a pair of J Brand jeans before she headed back to LA. She was gracious enough to let us snap a couple of shots of her before heading out! Thanks Amanda!
