Job Purpose & Critical Results
The major function of this role is to manage and drive profitable sales growth, attract and retain clientele by delivering exceptional service. This will be accomplished through previous clientele, development of new
clientele, networking, product knowledge awareness and achievement of outlined sales targets. You will be required to provide a superior level of personalized service at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Detail oriented and accuracy (adaptability, while remaining focused on sales targets).
- Strong organizational skills and systematic process comprehension.
- Have a technical aptitude in basic computer software (email is a vital tool for Sales Associates).
- Ability to create relationships and communicate with clientele.
- Ability to remain enthusiastic and confident throughout the sales day.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) while balancing a variety of priorities at one time.
- Ability to learn and communicate brand strategies and direction to clients and other employees.
- Strong product knowledge & an interest in the fashion industry.

Location : Vancouver
Duties include:
- Assist in the selection and proper fitting of client WE clothing.
- Assist with event preparation and dismantle when required.
- Achieve outlined sales targets as outlined by management.
- Assist in the presentation of the store during each shift according to outlined standards.
- Maintain a current and clear understanding of fashion trends and looks for each season.
- Ensure floor stock and full size runs are accounted for on the sales floor.
- Maintain cash float and or cashier balancing.
- Manage opening and/or closing cashier and overall store standard duties.
- Assist in the security of client and employee safety when opening and closing the store.
- Assist in education of Junior Sales Associates when necessary.
- Manage telephone and cashier duties.
- Present yourself in accordance with ?look your best? appearance standards.
